The word “collaboration” is a buzzword that we hear a lot in today’s business environment. But what does it really mean? For us, it means to work together to achieve a common goal. It means believing in the cause, supporting it wholeheartedly and most importantly, living up to another buzz-word that has been making rounds for a while "community over competition".

Here at Ladies Take the Lead, our mission has always been to connect, empower and support a community of like-minded women so they have the time, space, relationships and tools they need to lead their best lives. We want nothing more than for strong, passionate and driven women of all ages to come together as a community. As a company whose purpose is to celebrate, inspire, educate, and entertain through creative, insightful content and events, we want to shine the light on other companies who have similar goals and purpose to show our support for what we truly stand for, community.

We would like to introduce you to two inspiring women and their organizations that are dedicated to empowering women, Susie Aguilar, Founder & CEO of Boss Chulas and Francine Ayala, CEO and Founder of Women Empowering Women LA.

Susie Aguilar is a Women’s Empowerment Coach, Business Mentor, and Latinx Speaker. A wife, a mother, entrepreneur and a woman of faith. Susie is the Founder and CEO of Boss Chulas, a professional development business specializing in the empowerment of Latinx Mompreneurs. Her transformational coaching business and mentoring programs empower Women with the confidence and marketing strategies to create impact and shift in their mindset, allowing them to reach their business goals. Susie is an expert in launching, business growth, and marketing strategies.

Francine is a Business Mindset Coach all about getting you to work up to your most authentic potential. So many women want to become entrepreneurs but sometimes are not quite sure where to start or how.

Her tips, tools, and resources come from the past 20 years working in corporate America, nonprofit sector, and becoming an entrepreneur.

She has been through the struggles, the fears, the relentless pursuit of not believing in herself to guide you so that you don't go through the same process.
