She hosts workshops, lectures and retreats around the world; sharing ancient medicine traditions, nature therapy and the benefits of sensual healing arts to unlock our passion and purpose. She is a published writer and has shared her practice with leading wellness practitioners on podcasts and the online space.
I had a Q&A session with Sabrina and here's what I learned:
What is unique about your product?
Our organic herbs are grown from earth to yoni in Southwest Colorado by independent women farmers, and I fly out to harvest the flowers myself. My hand-crafted boutique products that I put together myself from start to finish (mixing herbs to cutting labels) as well as infuse with positive healing energy. I offer alternative methods of healing naturally to women who have nowhere else to turn by western medicinal standards other than invasive and violating procedures and surgeries.
What inspired you to venture into this journey into herbal wellness?
Children! I am a co-Founder of the non-profit organization The Natural Leaders Foundation whose mission is to share holistic practices with underserved populations across the world. I had a vision 5 years ago that showed me that in order for the children to be born with a clean slate and not carrying the karma of their mothers forward, the wombs of the women must be healed. So I began the journey into the feminine healing arts.
How have you been keeping busy during these challenging times?
I created a successful retreat model that women feel connected to and inspired by. I co-formulated an herbal wellness product that has deep significance for these challenging times we are experiencing right now, by transforming my "yoni steams" into "facial steams" for essential workers to keep their immune and respiratory systems protected while they serve the country through their jobs, as well as support the health of their entire families through teas and baths with my herbs.
What's a typical day like for you?
I wake up to my living dog alarm clock, scrape my tongue and do a 30 min Kundalini yoga breathing and meditation practice with my sacred yoni egg practice. Write in my journal anything that arises. 30 minute yoga-pilates practice and 15 minutes of bellydancing and/or free form dancing. Make a veggie smoothie and then take my dog for a walk in the mountains. Come back around 10:30am and begin my work day which consists of shipping packages of sacred herbs and crystals, admin works such as answering emails, ordering, and posting social media; leading group coaching calls, private consults and writing protocols for my clients, mixing herbal blends... until the sun goes down. And then I answer more emails lol.
What motivates you?
I motivate myself with my vision of the Sacred Lotus Sanctuary, a retreat and co-living community where we grow our own food through regenerative agriculture, rehabilitate children and animals, learn how to co-exist in harmony with each other and the planet. The Sacred Lotus Sanctuary is where I will raise my children, host retreats to deepen our connection to nature and our divine essence and lead by example of the imprint we desire to leave on planet earth when our physical bodies transition.
How do you handle the work life balance?
Balancing work and life responsibilities is a challenge for me as I do tend to get caught up in the driving force and constant workload of my business. I do however stay grounded by remembering what is truly important - my health, my family and my service to humanity - in order to show up fully for them, I must show up for myself first. And reminding mySelf that tomorrow is another day.
What do you do to unwind after a long day? Do you have a self-care routine?
After a long day I make a cup of herbal tea and go for a long cellphone free walk with my dog in the mountains where I take the time to sing, listen to nature and connect back to my visions and dreams. Herbal Bathing is a luxurious pastime that I am beginning to incorporate and enjoy more and more.
Who inspired you and why?
My mother is my constant inspiration. She is determined, ingenuitive, and always seeking ways to support me and uplift the people in her life. She is a true warrior spirit who beat cancer in under a year. She chose the occupation of being a flight attendant and has flown around the world for over 50 years. She gave me the gift of wings and I would not be who I am today without her support.
What is something you think everyone should try at least once in their life?
Yoni Steaming!!! Men can do it too - we call it "A Steaming" to benefit colon and prostate health.
