How does the daughter of a single working mother during Romanian communism grow up to become a successful American entrepreneur & social media influencer? 

Take resilient passion, hard work, and obsessive drive. Mix in becoming one of the most recognized music artists in her native country, the struggles of moving by herself to America at 18, and the equivalent of 2 more lifetimes of events, and you have Alexandra Potora.

Alexandra is a first-generation immigrant, digital marketing expert, beauty influencer, public speaker, entrepreneur, and CEO of a groundbreaking cosmetics company that promises to bridge the gap between high-performance makeup and active skincare.

Emily Vavra is an alpha female from the Midwest, who had a dream and went for it. At twenty-three years old she was flat broke and pushed herself to learn THE business. By the time she was twenty-six, she had made her first million.


Since 2011, she’s helped a team of over 140,000 people build their own health, wealth, and financial freedom. Her reach extends far beyond business, as she is also involved in charity. She recently traveled to Uganda with Just Like My Child Foundation, in a collaborative effort to improve healthcare, education and to establish empowerment programs for young women and children.


Emily is more than just a speaker. Her ability to connect with audiences on a variety of issues from simple tips on productivity to the deeper issues regarding women is largely due to her authenticity. Known for her #RealTalk, she is innovative; delivering with knowledge, style, and just enough edge to insure value to those who are listening. She’s a true “hard work pays off” story that resonates.

Bésame Cosmetics was created by artist, cosmetic historian, and designer Gabriela Hernandez after a life-long love affair with vintage beauty. At age 12, Gabriela immigrated to the U.S. from Buenos Aires. She fully realized her passion for the creative arts with a fine art degree from Art Center in Pasadena, California, and became a photographer, art director, and published author (Classic Beauty: The History of Makeup, Schiffer).

With her creative background, historical know-how, and cherished memories of her grandmother’s sophisticated beauty routine, Gabriela finally developed the beauty brand of her dreams, filled with rich, historical details in wearable long-lasting formulas. She wanted Bésame to bring romance back into the makeup industry, allowing women to feel excited and passionate about their own beauty rituals again.

Emmy award-winning celebrity makeup artist Melanie Mills is one of Hollywood’s leading makeup and beauty experts with over 20 years on Hollywood sets. Four Guild Awards, multiple Emmy and Guild award nominations, on-camera beauty expert and author of Glitter & Glam, she is a master of her craft. Known for her glamorous flair, supreme talent, and vivacious personality. 

 

Melanie’s journey began in Thousand Oaks, California, but she soon ventured throughout the world living, learning, and making memories that would leave lifelong impressions not only on her but on those she encountered. Born to a family of intelligent, strong, and capable women, each style icons in their own right, Melanie’s love affair with glitter, glam, and all things stylish was her true destiny. Melanie has worked on multiple hit shows and films. She is currently head of makeup for Emmy winning show “The Real Daytime Talk Show” & has been a key makeup artist for 10 years at Nickelodeon on hit shows “Icarly”, “Victorious”, “Henry Danger” & currently “All That”.


Melanie developed her first product Gleam Body Radiance on the set of “Dancing With The Stars”. Once she saw it was hot and in-demand she collaborated with top cometic labs to develop the now Iconic Gleam Face & Body Radiance and launch her brand Melanie Mills Hollywood in 2011. Melanie is hands-on and refined her products to be an industry-leading makeup line. In a niche market and with little marketing dollars Melanie has driven the company to millions in sales. She oversees all facets of the company.

Brianna Mobrem is the CFO at Clique Brands, Inc. Named to Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies list in 2017 and as Digiday's most innovative publisher in 2018, Clique Brands is an international fashion company known for its content site whowhatwear.com and its affordable, size-inclusive, trend-forward clothing line at Target.

Brianna has spent the past 7.5 years building the company’s finance and operations departments while also overseeing strategy for new business opportunities, resulting in a 1500% growth of top line revenue. Brianna was also a key partner in the company's Series B & C financing rounds and oversaw the sale of two portfolio brands, Byrdie & MyDomaine, in 2018. In 2019, she was recognized as a nominee for Los Angeles Business Journal's CFO Awards. 

 

Prior to Clique Brands, Brianna spent 3 years at a health and wellness startup running finance and operations.

Chundria Brownlow is a Television Talk Show Host, Speaker and Filmmaker. Born and raised in Chicago, she has produced entertainment TV and hosted events for more than 10 years.

 

As a fun, comical, charismatic and outgoing journalist, Chundria is a proud graduate of Columbia College Chicago, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Television with a concentration in Production/Directing. After living in Los Angeles for 6 years, she continues to diligently host and produce The Chundria Show; a TV Talk show that discusses health & wellness, love & relationships, entrepreneurship and lifestyle topics with special guest experts. The Chundria Show broadcasts in 105 US cities.

After recently launching Chundria Brownlow Entertainment, Chundria is currently filming her first Television series called The Rising Sun under the new media production company. In recent years, Chundria has been featured on The Steve Harvey Show, It Takes A Church, Just Keke, and The Insider. 

When she’s not working on media projects, Chundria enjoys a relaxing day at the beach with her husband Ty, hosting red carpet events and enjoying brunch with friends.
