Demi Marchese is the Founder and CEO of 12th Tribe, an online fashion boutique impacting women all over the world. In a matter of a few years Demi and her "Tribe" have managed to scale incredibly fast, now a 7 figure business in the crowded fashion space.⁣

After graduating San Diego State University in May 2014, Demi had a diploma in hand, a small amount of celebratory grad money, and an idea she was tempted to chase. Unlike traditional routes taken with the prized post-grad gifts, Demi invested what she had into a few vintage denim Levi’s shorts, one of a kind jewelry and a hand-selected collection of some of her favorite unique finds. She took the little she knew about coding (yes, from MySpace days), and went to work on putting together an e-commerce shop for her friends to browse and snag her favorite styles. As an extension to her self made blog, Demi launched online boutique 12th Tribe. Demi has built 12th Tribe into a space filled with what she was coveting most. While staying up-to-date on current trends, Demi also believes that style is what stays, and with that are the versatile and transcending pieces 12th Tribe provides. As the head buyer and stylist for the 12th Tribe clothing and jewelry, Demi aims to bring together her inspiration from traveling to 11 countries, her California native lifestyle, and everything else in between. Being in her young 20s, Demi has been blessed to meet and style thousands of girls worldwide through 12th Tribe pop-ups, email, and social media. Her inspiration to continue the tribe? You.⁣
